CDR is a construction debris disposal and recycling services company for new residential construction. Up to 90% of the waste that is discarded from the construction of a new home can be recycled and reused on the construction site. Currently, this waste is going to the landfill.
We will bring our grinder to the construction site, grind up what is usable on site and leave it there to be used mostly as mulch and soil amendment. The 10%, or so, that is left will be taken to the landfill by CDR.
Mulch from wood, cardboard and sheetrock waste can be spread as erosion control, temporary driveway pads and berms. This saves money on the cost of gravel. Additionally, CDR can use the wood mulch from your site to prepare 20' waddles and drain inlet silt protection bags for erosion control.
A job site with mulch from wood waste spread on the entire site helps with erosion control, prevents subcontractors from tracking mud into the homes under construction, and provides a clean place for subcontractor material deliveries.
Ground up drywall can be mixed with the wood waste for erosion control. It can also be spread as a soil amendment. And ground up brick and block can be used as a base under concrete, or as landscape material and walkways.
Call CDR today so we can help you start reducing, reusing, recycling and saving money!
